Who can use it? And how does it work?

XBALL Drills Program

Use the XBALL to develop finger, hand, wrist and arm strength.  This is an often ignored part of an athletes game.  The XBALL is specifically designed to target weak areas, build strength and flexibility, and improve blood flow to help recover from injuries and soft-tissue damage.
