Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.
Orders under $99 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. You'll receive your carrier and tracking information via email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or via the tracking link in your email.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at Contact Us.
Shipping Destinations
Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States)
All products ship to the lower 48 states. Free shipping applies to orders over $99.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Standard free shipping does not apply — shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may be extended.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for most products. Larger items (pitching machines, ball caddies, etc.) may require a physical street address for delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website. For international inquiries, please contact us at Contact Us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. GameMaster Athletic is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at Contact Us — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible and any additional shipping charges to redirect the package will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

Check around your property, garage, or building entrance

Allow 1–2 additional business days — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered early

If still unresolved, contact us at Contact Us and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything

We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
We take care in packaging all orders, but once a package leaves our facility, carrier handling is outside our control. We will always advocate on your behalf.
Large & Oversized Items
Certain products — including pitching machines, ball caddies, and larger training aids — may ship via freight or require additional handling time due to size and weight. If your order includes an oversized item, shipping options and any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get gear to you as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday periods (Thanksgiving through New Year's), we strongly recommend placing orders early. We will post specific holiday order deadlines on our website and via email as the season approaches.

Return Shipping
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of a GameMaster Athletic error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
